The shop where Upavon Post Office is located at 11 High Street, Upavon, Pewsey, SN9 6EA is being modernised.
The store and Post Office will be temporarily closed from Monday 6 March to Friday 17 March inclusive for shop fitting work and new flooring to be carried out including.
Repair work is being carried out in the retail area, partially funded by the community fund. The whole shop floor is being taken up and complete new flooring laid.

• Pewsey Post Office, North Street, Pewsey, SN9 5ET
Improvements to the store have been supported by a grant from the Post Office Community Fund. The Post Office grant is part of a £20million national investment scheme available to 3,000 crucial community Post Office branches, where there is no other retailer who could operate a post office within half a mile.
The Community Branch Fund forms part of a wider Post Office modernisation programme that is delivering benefits including more modern retail environments and longer opening hours for customers and postmasters across the UK.
Upavon Post Office will be delighted to welcome customers to the newly refurbished store. Local residents and small business customers will be able to access a wide range of Post Office and mails services, including Special Delivery, Local Collect, home shopping returns, online banking cash deposits and withdrawals. Other services include Post Office Card Account withdrawals, sending funds abroad using Moneygram, and customers can also pay bills, pre-order travel money, apply for travel insurance and top up mobile phones.
