Keith Wilson, Marketing Manager at Naomi House & Jacksplace, said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for such a prestigious award. We may only be a small team but it’s important we punch above our weight to ensure more families who need support know about our service, and increasing numbers of people understand the outstanding work that takes place here. Our doctors, nurses, carers, play specialists and family support workers are nothing short of fantastic, so it is really thanks to them that we have such powerful content and inspirational stories to share. It is great to be recognised alongside such well known national charities and high-achieving regional counterparts.”
The 3rd Sector Excellence Awards are one of the major annual celebrations in the UK charity and not-for-profit sector, and an opportunity for a diverse range of charity professionals to come together and celebrate excellence.
Naomi House & Jacksplace are shortlisted alongside Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, Trinity Hospice and Electrical Safety First. The winner of the award will be announced in September.
