Staff at Naomi House & Jacksplace have been shortlisted for a second major national award.
The charity’s communications team heard this week that they made the final in the Third Sector Awards Communications Team of the Year category. They have subsequently learned that they have made the final for the Charity Times awards PR Team of the Year Award.
Naomi house & Jacksplace employ 3 communications staff, Keith Wilson, Lynda Barrow and Gemma Brennan, who work across the charity to raise awareness of the services available to families and demonstrate the impact of the organisation to potential supporters in communities across the South.

Our hospices are caring for more children and young people than ever before, and the communications team have an important role to play in reaching and supporting families, and ensuring those that might choose to get behind our cause know the tremendous impact their donation will have on good days, difficult days and last days.”
The Third Sector Excellence Awards and Charity Times Awards are the two largest annual celebrations in the UK charity and not-for-profit sector, and an opportunity for a diverse range of charity professionals to come together and celebrate excellence.
Naomi House & Jacksplace are shortlisted alongside national names like Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, Macmillan Cancer Support and The Scout Association. The winner of the awards will be announced in September and October respectively.
