Emergency services were called to The John Russell Fox pub in Andover High Street on Saturday night, when a teenager was injured on site.
The pub is currently closed whilst undergoing a £3.2M refurbishment including a hotel on the upper floor, however, a teenage boy got into the construction area and was injured on the first floor. His four friends helped him down.
Police and South Central Ambulance responded to the call at 9.30pm and the boy was taken to North Hants Hospital in Basingstoke for treatment.
The John Russell Fox owned by Wetherspoons is scheduled to re-open fully in April next year, however, the pub will open it's doors to the Christmas trade on 19th December.
