Business News | TVBC Apply to themselves for Permission Erect Hoardings | Andover & VillagesTest Valley Borough Council have applied to themselves for permission to 'erect hoardings with advertising' around the Andover's Magistrates Court.

The former Andover Magistrates Court has been earmarked for Leader of TVBC Phil North's 'Cultural Quarter', he said previously, “What do I mean by a cultural quarter?

"A redevelopment of the whole site – which potentially could include a brand new theatre – upgrading The Lights; eateries with outdoor seating looking out over a landscaped plaza area; community provision and leisure facilities to complement those in the new Andover Leisure Centre.”

The plans request permission to erect a 2.4m high hoarding around the perimeter of the former magistrates court, whilst allowing advertising around the outside so that the public may inspect the application, plans and other documents relating to the application.
